Everbloom Health & Fitness is a unique, female-focused personal training service based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We work with women at all stages of life to become stronger through our evidence-based and fully-supportive approach to training. We can help you with specific challenges such as Diastasis Recti, navigating pelvic floor issues, menopause symptoms and much more and have a passion for helping all women to feel confident lifiting weights. Join us for 1-1 sessions in our private garden studio or remotely via Zoom, or sign up to Everbloom Online for the opportunity to join us whenever, wherever. We blend our expertise in Barre, HIIT, strength training, pelvic floor & core rehabilitation, cardio, meditation & mindfulness, Power Plate® and more to create a session that is as distinct and special as you are.
We aim to empower every single one of our clients with the knowledge to help themselves. We reject shame culture and fad diets and offer a fully private space to train, learn and relax. We also provide comprehensive support between sessions which includes bespoke written training plans and filmed exercises, plus regular check-ins (if you desire). Our clients also have the unique opportunity of accessing expert-led, fresh and effective classes on demand via Everbloom Online – think Barre, kickboxing, and relaxing Flows to name but a few.

When I had my first session with Rachel, I was a little worried, but I needn’t have been she had plenty of questions for me about my lifestyle and really made me think and be honest with myself and what I wanted to achieve. Then off she went with all the information to try and help me achieve my target! if you told me that I would run a personal best in road running over 3km, 5km, 10km and a half marathon, I would have said you were crazy, or at least a little mad.
I started working with Rachel at a pretty rubbish time in my life. She honestly made me feel so comfortable from meeting before starting the sessions, to the support in between sessions. It was the best decision I ever made and I am so grateful for the hard work and support Rachel put into helping me. This was not just for my physical health but my mental health also. I couldn’t even run a mile when I first started so was so so happy entering a 10km race. Rachel honestly is an amazing personal trainer and I would probably still be working with her if she hadn’t have left for Canada! After having my first child, I quickly realised that at 6 weeks my body was nowhere near ready to start running again. I experienced PGP and leaking. This was devastating for someone who was used to training and competing lots. Unfortunately, it was to be a long road to recovery. However with the expertise from Rachel, not only was I able to return to running but came back just as strong and fit as my pre-baby self! All within a year of having my child. Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer and coach, with a lovely approachable personality which ensures sessions feel calm and relaxed whilst still being productive. Rachel is able to motivate you to achieve your best but does this in a supportive and encouraging manner, whilst still ensuring you are able to get the best results. She is sensitive to any tweaks that may need to be made to exercises to accommodate any issues or problems, but always manages to ensure they are as impactful as possible.
