1-1 training programmes

Our range of 1-1 training programmes, allow us to truly focus on our clients needs, whatever their life stage.
We ask that all new clients book an 80 minute new client session in the first instance. This is so that we have the opportunity to complete a thorough assessment. We will discuss your goals and specific needs, take a look at your current posture, lifestyle, breathing strategy and nutrition and take some measurements such as blood pressure (we only get the tape measure out if you want us to, and if your goals relate to these measurements).
