Our Story
Everbloom Health & Fitness was founded by Rachel Humphreys because she saw the need for a female-focused fitness service, that could truly solve the issues women face at every stage of life. Whether that’s preparing your body for early motherhood, finding inventive ways to fit exercise into your busy schedule, coping with symptoms of the Menopause, or recovering after having a baby, we are always here to help. Our expertise, will empower you with the knowledge to truly serve yourself. We combine a fun and effective mix of Barre, Power Plate ®, HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance training, TRX ®, cardio, meditation, mindfulness, and pelvic floor and core rehab to create an innovative, bespoke session for you, every single time. We are also passionate about building a community, and reaching more women which is why we also offer Everbloom Online, to allow you to train wherever and whenever you like.
FULLY PRIVATE TRAINING TAILORED TO YOU
The Everbloom studio, is a beautiful, calm environment designed with women in mind. We know that privacy is important which is why we only offer 1-1 sessions, or the option to train with one friend. This also allows you the undivided attention of your trainer. We would prefer you to attend sessions without babies or children, but we understand from personal experience that this is not always possible, and can accommodate little people if needed. We wanted to create an environment that was tranquil, and would provide an escape from everyday life. You will always find cool towels, iced lemon water, plenty of green plants, toxic-free yoga mats, essential oils, and candles. Every session at Everbloom ends with a calming meditation or guided relaxation, which is accompanied by soft blankets, heat packs, soothing eye masks and more. We will even send you home with a little treat just for you.
We want to make sure your training is safe and effective for you. That’s why every client receives:
- a thorough online screening form (prior to their first session) which will be evaluated before your first session, and any necessary recommendations or referrals made. We are always extremely grateful to our clients for completing this screening form in full, as it helps us to keep you safe and provide the correct care and advice for you. If you are unsure as to why we need to collect this information, please do ask
- an in-depth new client 80 minute consultation where we assess your core function, posture and abdominal muscles thoroughly as well as taking measurements such as blood pressure, discuss your injury background, and get to know your goals, personal preferences, diet and anything else that is important to you. We always work within your comfort here, and would never force you to take measurements or have assessments that you aren’t happy with
- a beautiful welcome kit with all you need to complete your homework exercises, alongside some fantastic self-care items like bath salts, affirmation cards and a hand-poured soy wax candle
- entirely private and personalised training in our studio or via Zoom
- fully individualised written homework plans via email plus videos of key exercises

Say hi to Rachel…
Everbloom founder, Rachel Humphreys is a passionate advocate for women’s wellness, a business owner and mum of two young children. Rachel originally completed a BSc Honors Degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences at The University of Birmingham (UK), before working as a hospital-based physiologist. In 2010 Rachel qualified as a Personal Trainer and set up a successful personal training business near London, England. Since becoming a Mum, Rachel’s passion for helping women has really been ignited, and after certifying in pre and postnatal fitness, she went on to take further specialist training under Burrell Education who are leaders in the women’s health field, and most recently became trained in the inCORE METHOD ® which is cutting edge for diastasis rectus abdominis healing. She is also a certified Barre instructor, meditation teacher, and Power Plate instructor ® amongst other certifications.
Rachel has been a competitive runner for over 20 years, representing England at cross country as a junior and going on to complete 5 marathons, most recently The BMO Vancouver Marathon where she finished 6th female. Whilst she can appreciate that running marathons isn’t for everyone, the challenge of juggling many balls is something Rachel feels applies to every client she works with. Although an avid runner, the importance of maintaining and building strength through lifting weights and other forms of resistance training has always been important to her, particularly to prevent injury. The daily physical demands of pregnancy and motherhood took Rachel by surprise and her athletic background did not prepare her adequately at all! She now enjoys supporting other women in feeling good in their bodies through this key time and beyond into midlife too. Rachel would love to empower all women with confidence to lift weights well into their 70’s and beyond.
Rachel’s approach is fully supportive, positive and approachable. These can be challenging life phases for women to navigate both from an emotional and physical viewpoint, and Rachel loves the opportunity to help guide women through specific struggles that they may be experiencing such as prolapse, diastasis recti, or incontinence. She is continually evolving and learning in order to best serve her clients with up to date protocols. In the future Rachel would love to add massage to her list of services, and is fascinated by psychology.
