Pregnancy Specific Classes

The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology recommends that pregnant women participate in 150 minutes of  moderate intensity exercise per week. This should be comprised of aerobic training, resistance training, stretching, and pelvic floor strengthening. Based on these guidelines, the Everbloom Bump Hub offers Cardio Bump, Bump Flow, and Bump Strong classes and this combination provides a wonderful blend of physical activity for pregnancy throughout the trimesters. Workouts range from 5-40 minutes, giving you plenty of scope to fit workouts into your busy schedule, and to blend workouts for your own perfect training plan. All workouts can be done from the comfort of your home and with minimal equipment. 

Meditations & Mindfulness

We believe that a mindful approach to pregnancy and birth is really important for both mother and baby. A regular meditation practice has been shown to be beneficial to our health, and we can use meditation to help us to prepare for birth. We include short guided meditations within the Everbloom Bump Hub, designed to be easy and simple to squeeze into your day. We also include our Everbloom Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness Ebook to give you more information about this. We include positive pregnancy and birth affirmations, as well as guided meditations designed to promote a sense of calm and relax the nervous system – you could even use these during labour!

Masterclasses

The Bump Hub is stocked with masterclasses covering a wide range of topics designed to give you the knowledge to help your own body.
