The Everbloom Collective brings the experience and expertise of Everbloom directly into your home, making it a highly convenient and flexible option, that still brings the personal touch. Our Online Portal is a growing library of home workouts, including HIIT (high intensity interval training), Barre, Core workouts, Flow classes, Box & Barre and Meditations. We also include mini masterclasses to provide you with education and tips to empower you with knowledge to take care of your body and mind.

Classes range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, and all can be done in minimal space and with minimal equipment. The home workouts are all designed to be low impact and pelvic floor friendly. But they still pack a punch. We add at least one new 30 minute class each week, and you have access to our library for as long as you are a member, 24/7 wherever you are. You will also be able to join the Everbloom Collective Facebook community for support from like-minded women. and we run short challenges throughout the year to help motivate and guide you – for example our 12 Days of Christmas Challenge is always popular with ours members.

If you want to fall in love with exercise and feel in control of your body, we are here for you! If you have tried over and over to fit exercise into your life, then the Everbloom Collective could just be the answer. We provide you with that much needed structure and support and recognise that there is no quick fix and no magic pill. Our classes are short and sharp, because we realise you don’t have lots of time to mess around with and we pride ourselves in offering lots of different options for the modern woman. We are passionate about empowering women with the knowledge to help and serve themselves whilst making sure it is fun and enjoyable too.

Who is The Everbloom Collective for?

Almost any woman who wishes to take control of her wellness journey, with the flexibility to do so on her own terms. We don’t generally recommend Everbloom Online for those who are pregnant, or women who have very recently given birth, but otherwise this is designed for all women. All workouts are pelvic floor friendly, and have low impact options whilst still being challenging and effective. We wanted to make it simple for you to access expert-led classes, that are fresh, fun and stimulating.

 

We do ask that you complete a pre-screening form prior to beginning Everbloom Online, so that we can ensure the workouts are suitable for your current stage. We will always try to recommend where you could seek help if Everbloom Online is not currently suitable, and of course welcome you back as soon as possible.
