Here’s how it works:
Week 1–2: We begin with nervous system regulation, grounding techniques, and breathwork so your body feels safe, calm, and ready to strengthen from the inside out.
Week 3–4: We layer in pelvic floor + deep core connection — not clenching, not guessing, but actually coordinatingyour muscles so movement feels supported instead of scary.
Week 5–6: You progress into functional strength training with movements designed to reduce symptoms, support everyday life, and help you build
